Cílem bakalářské práce je nejprve v teoretické části popsat komunální politiku ve Francii a v České republice a poukázat na případné společné rysy či rozdíly. Následuje podrobnější popis meziobecní spolupráce, její vymezení, fungování v těchto dvou zemích a právní zakotvení tohoto institutu. The aim of the bachelor’s thesis in the theoretical part is to describe the differences and common features of municipal policies in France and in the Czech Republic. Moreover, this thesis portrays a detailed description of intermunicipal cooperation and its definition, deals with its proper functioning in both mentioned countries, and also with a legal regulation of this institution.
