Tato diplomová práce se zabývá optimalizací in vitro metody ke stanovení estrogenity různých chemických látek pomocí transkripční aktivace lidského estrogenového α-receptoru. Abstract:
The optimization of stably transfected human estrogen receptor-α transcriptional activation assay for detection of estrogenic agonist-activity of chemicals is described in this diploma thesis. This method is using hERα-HeLa-9903 cell line.
