V diplomovej práci sa zaoberáme manažérskymi funkciami a ich aplikáciou v krízovom riadení bankového sektora. Teoretická časť v sebe zahŕňa jednotlivé zovšeobecňujúce poznatky manažérskych funkcii ich rozdelenie a využitie v praxi.
