Financial and legal aspects of the AML Act in advocacy
Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na vymezení a analýzu povinností vyplývajících pro advokáty ve vztahu ke kontrole a identifikaci klientů, která je jim uložena na základě zákona č. 253/2008 Sb. Ve své práci se zabývám i střetem mezi povinnostmi vyplývajícími z AML zákona a povinností mlčenlivosti advokáta.
Abstract:
The thesis is primarily centred on elucidating and scrutinizing the responsibilities incumbent upon attorneys concerning the verification and identification of clients, as stipulated by the provisions outlined in Act No. 253/2008 Coll.In my thesis I also deal with the conflict between the obligations arising from the AML Act and the attorney's duty of confidentiality.
