Práce byla zaměřena na stanovení celkových mikrobiálních počtů, počtů zástupců domén Bacteria a Archaea a kultivovatelných organotrofních mikroorganismů v podélném profilu horského toku Morávka. Výsledky byly korelovány s enviromentálními podmínkami. Abstract:
The aim of this study was to determine direct counts of microorgsanisms, counts of microorganisms in the domain Bacteria and Archaea and heterotrophic plate counts in a longitudial profile of mountain stream Morávka.
