Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice vedení lidí v praxi. Zaměřuje se na model manažerské mřížky autorů Blakea a Moutonové, MBTI dotazník a jejich využití v konkrétním podniku. The diploma thesis studies issues of leadership of people in practice. It focuses on the model of the managerial grid model of Blake and Mouton, MBTI questionnaires and their use in particular company.
