Zvládání projevu psychopatie v managementu korporátní a státní správy

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce pojednává o zvládání projevu psychopatie v managementu korporátní a státní správy. Vymezuje charakteristické rysy a chování vrcholových manažerů v kontextu výskytu psychopatických sklonů. V teoretické části práce jsou popsána základní teoretická východiska, zejména charakteristika psychopatie a typy poruch osobnosti, ale též management a rozdíly mezi státní a veřejnou správou. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována Hareovu pojetí psychopatie, jehož diagnostický test je využit v praktické části. Výzkumné šetření spočívá v testování vrcholových manažerů státní i korporátní správy pomocí metody PCL-R, která se běžně používá právě k diagnostikování psychopatie. Součástí šetření je vyhodnocení profilů manažerů státní a korporátní správy s definováním jejich obecného profilu.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with managing the manifestation of psychopathy in the management of corporate and state administration. It defines the characteristics and behavior of top managers in the context of the occurrence of psychopathic tendencies. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the basic theoretical background, especially the characteristics of psychopathy and types of personality disorders, but also management and differences between state and public administration. Special attention is paid to Hare's concept of psychopathy, whose diagnostic test is used in the practical part. The research investigation consists of testing top managers of state and corporate administration using the PCL-R method, which is commonly used to diagnose psychopathy. Part of the survey is the evaluation of profiles of state and corporate administration managers with the definition of their general profile.
