Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat problém nezaměstnanosti, nalézt možná uplatnění nezaměstnaných na trhu práce a případné bariéry nalezení práce. Deskriptivní část je rozdělena do dvou částí, z nichž první je zaměřena na nezaměstnanost obecně a druhá se týká aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti. Druhá část se týká charakteristiky Mostecka. The goal of my bachelor thesis is to analyse the problem of unemployment, to find out possibilities of the unemploeyd and potential barriers of finding job. Theoretical part is divided into two parts, of which the first one is focused on unemployment generally and its reducing by the tools of active employment policy.
