Tato magisterská práce se zaměřuje na vývoj dítěte, blahobyt rodičů, systémy dovolených a otisk, který rodičovství a systém, zanechávají na rovnosti mužů a žen v Česku. Zaměřujeme se na vhodnou délku rodičovské dovolené pro zdravý vývoj dítěte, duševní zdraví rodičů a kariérní růst.
