Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se bude zabývat celkovým pojetím motivace zaměstnanců. V teoretické části práce jsou popsány všechny možné nástroje a praktiky, jak zlepšit jejich motivaci. V praktické části se práce zaměřuje na výzkum v podniku DEGA CZ a motivaci jejich zaměstnanců, zda jsou s dosavadním nastavením ve firmě spokojeni či ne. This bachelor thesis will deal with the overall concept of employee motivation. The theoretical part of the thesis describes all possible tools and practices to improve their motivation. In the practical part, the thesis focuses on research in the company DEGA CZ and the motivation of their employees, whether they are satisfied with the current settings in the company or not.
