Abstract:
Serinové hydrolasy je široce zastoupená skupina enzymů, která má význam pro mnoho ţivotních funkcí. Existují dva typy serinových hydrolas: acetylcholinesterasa a butyrylcholinesterasa. The serine hydrolases are a ubiquitous group of enzymes that is fundamental to many life functions. There are two the most imortant types of serine hydrolase present in human body: acetylcholinesterase and butyrylcholinesterase.
