Abstract:

MARKULÍKOVÁ, Katarína, Bc: Optimization of the organizational structure as a tool for increasing efficiency of business management. [Thesis]. Number of pages:75. The aim of this thesis is the proposal optimize the organizational structure of the chosen company for analysis. The first chapter describes the organization as a management function. The task is to convert the organization's strategic plans for action. It is mentioned in the organizing, factors affecting the organization and the organizational structure, method of making and characterizing the basic types of organizational structures. The second chapter analyzes the organizational structure of the selected company, which is the Academy of Education. This company has long been on the market of lifelong learning as a non-governmental, independent civic association. It is the history of the company, its goals, current market position and quality policy. It analyzes the organizational structure and layout. It will make the analysis of the external environment, which significantly affects the stability of the training academy and finds his influence on the inner workings of the company. The third chapter of the results identified in the previous section suggests the possibility of optimizing the organizational structure of the Academy training. Are mentioned and suggestions to improve their contributions to society.

Cieľom diplomovej práce je návrh optimalizáciu organizačnej štruktúry vo vybranom podniku na základe analýzy. Prvá kapitola charakterizuje organizovanie ako manažérsku funkciu. Úlohou je zabezpečiť premenu strategických plánov organizácie na činnosti. Spomína sa proces organizovania, faktory ovplyvňujúce organizovanie a organizačnú štruktúru, spôsob jej tvorby a charakterizujú sa základné typy organizačných štruktúr. Druhá kapitola analyzuje organizačnú štruktúru vo vybranom podniku, ktorým je Akadémia vzdelávania. Táto spoločnosť dlho pôsobí na trhu celoživotného vzdelávania ako mimovládne, nezávislé občianske združenie. Uvádza sa história spoločnosti, jej ciele, súčasné postavenie na trhu a politiku kvality. Rozoberá sa organizačná štruktúra a usporiadanie. Urobí sa analýza externého prostredia, ktoré výrazne ovplyvňuje stabilitu Akadémie vzdelávania a zistí sa jeho vplyv na vnútorné fungovanie spoločnosti. Tretia kapitola z výsledkov zistených v predchádzajúcej kapitole navrhuje možnosti optimalizácie organizačnej štruktúry v Akadémii vzdelávania. Spomínajú sa návrhy zlepšenia a ich prínosy do spoločnosti.
