Abstract:
Cílem práce je posoudit problematiku oprav a technického zhodnocení nemovitosti, která je součástí obchodního majetku společnosti. Na konkrétním stavebním rozpočtu rozdělit náklady na opravu a technické zhodnocení. Vyhodnotit výsledek rozpočtu a jeho dopad na hospodaření společnosti.
Abstract:
The aim is to evaluate the questions regarding repairs and technical improvement of the property which belongs to the company’s assets. It shows the division of cost between repairs and technical improvement on the particular budget. It evaluates the outcome of the budget and its impact on the company’s economy.
