Diversity of spiders of shore habitats of the anthropogenic Lake Milada near Ústí nad Labem

Abstract:

Jezero Milada vzniklo na místě bývalého hnědouhelného lomu Chabařovice u Ústí n. L. zatopením zbytkové jámy, které bylo dokončeno v roce 2011. Současné výzkumy naznačují, že antropogenně narušené lokality mohou poskytovat stanoviště ohroženým a vzácným druhům, jimž v současné okolní kulturní krajině jejich původní stanoviště postupně mizí. Cílem práce bylo zhodnotit faunu pavouků po kvalitativní i kvantitativní stránce a popsat její odlišnosti ve vztahu k odlišným vlastnostem břehového prostředí a posoudit jeho ochranářskou hodnotu v souvislosti s výskytem ohrožených druhů pavouků. Bylo zjištěno, že v průběhu sukcese došlo k rozrůznění původně vysoce homogenního kamenitého prostředí, které vzniklo nasypáním kamení na břehy jezera při jeho vytváření. Ukázalo se, že v diverzitě pavouků hraje roli výskyt vegetace, ale i kamenité břehy bez vegetace hostily specifické druhy, čímž přispěly k celkové diverzitě pavouků. Z nalezených 91 druhů pavouků bylo 18 zapsáno v Červeném seznamu. Nejvýznamnějším a zcela nečekaným nálezem byl kriticky ohrožený druh Clubiona juvenis, jenž byl nalezen v rákosu a orobinci.

Abstract:

Lake Milada was created on the site of the former lignite mine Chabařovice near Ústí n.L. by flooding the residual pit, which was completed in 2011. Current research indicates that anthropogenically disturbed localities can provide habitats for endangered and rare species whose original habitats are gradually disappearing in the current surrounding cultural landscape. The aim of the work was to evaluate the spider fauna qualitatively and quantitatively and to state its differences in relation to the different characteristics of the coastal environment and to assess its conservation value in connection with the occurrence of endangered species of spiders. It was found that in the course of the succession there was a differentiation of the originally highly homogeneous stony environment, which was created by pouring stones on the shores of the lake during its creation. Different that the presence of vegetation plays a role in the diversity of spiders, but even stony shores without vegetation hosted specific species, contributed to the overall diversity of spiders. Of the 91 species of spiders found, 18 were listed in the Red List. The most significant and completely unexpected find was the critically endangered species Clubiona juvenis, which was found in reeds and cattails.
