Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá uznáním a výkonem soudních rozhodnutí podle nařízení Brusel I, nařízení o evropském exekučním titulu, nařízení o evropském platebním rozkazu a nařízení o drobných nárocích. Součástí práce je také srovnání uvedených nařízení.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with recognition and enforcement of judgments according to Brussels I Regulation, Regulation on European Enforcement Order, Regulation on European Order for Payment and Regulation on European Small Claims Procedure. The comparision of these regulations is also part of the thesis.
