Odměňování a hodnocení jako základ personalistiky

Remuneration and evaluation as a basis of human resources
Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na posouzení systému odměňování a hodnocení v malém podniku. Na základě setříděných teoretických poznatků byla vytvořena analýza současné situace ve společnosti SOFT, s.r.o. Následně budou posouzena pozitiva a negativa zvoleného systému. V poslední části budou uvedeny návrhy a připomínky vedoucí ke zlepšení celkové situace.
Abstract:
The thesis focuses on the assessment of remuneration and evaluation in small and medium enterprises. Based on collated theoretical findings, analysis of current situation in the company SOFT, s.r.o. was created. Subsequently, positives and negatives of the system will be considered. The last section will include suggestions and comments to improve the overall situation.
