Tato diplomová práce se zabývá kariérovým rozhodováním vysokoškolských studentů. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak studenti vnímají své kariérové rozhodování v průběhu vysokoškolského studia. Práce je členěna do dvou částí a to na teoretickou a empirickou. Z teoretických poznatků nahlížím na rozhodování jako na měnící se proces, který je výsledkem sociálního učení. This diploma thesis is focused on career decision-making of university students. The aim of the research is to find out how master degree students perceive their career decision-making during university studies. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and empirical.
