Tato bakalářská práce s názvem „Biologicky aktivní látky v bylinných čajích čeledi hluchavkovité a hvězdnicovité“ v první části definuje pojem biologicky aktivní látky a popisuje několik příkladů těchto látek, které se vyskytují v rostlinách čeledí hluchavkovité (Lamiaceae) a hvězdnicovité (Astraceae).
