Account of Working Hours in a Chosen Company
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce analyzuje využití nového způsobu odměňování ve vybraném podniku vzhledem k nepravidelnému rozvržení pracovní doby. Samotná práce a v ní sepsané návrhy na zlepšení bude sloužit vedení sledované společnosti a měla by pomoci úspěšně řídit odměňování lidských zdrojů.
Abstract:
This dissertation thesis analysis using a new method of remuneration in a chosen company towards irregular working hours. This work and the written proposals to improve will serve to management monitored company and this work should help to control successfully remuneration of human resources.
