Financial analysis of the company AGC Processing Teplice a.s.

Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce je ,,Finanční analýza společnosti AGC Processing Teplice a.s.. Hlavním cílem práce je pomocí metod finanční analýzy provést finanční analýzu vybraného sklářského podniku za období 2007 - 2011. V první části jsem se zaměřila na popsání teoretických základů a metod finanční analýzy, které jsem v další části aplikovala na společnost AGC Processing Teplice a.s.. Zaměřila jsem se na rok 2008, kdy proběhla fúze se společností AGC Praha s.r.o., poté jsem zhodnotila výsledky finanční analýzy a hypotézy, které jsem si stanovila před začátkem samotné aplikace některých metod.

Abstract:

The subject of this thesis is the ,,Financial analysis of the company AGC Processing Teplice a.s.. The main objective of this document is to perform the financial analysis of the glass company for period 2007 - 2011 based on existing financial analysis methods. In the first part I focused on describing theoretical basements and financial analysis methods which were applied on company AGC Processing Teplice in following part of this thesis. I focused mainly on year 2008 when the merge with company AGC Praha was realized. Finally I evaluated the performances of provided financial analysis and hypothesis which I set before applying of selected methods.
