V této práci se věnujeme stanovení vybraných aminokyselin, konkrétně alaninu, lysinu, serinu, methioninu, leucinu, kyseliny asparagové, asparaginu, glycinu, fenylalaninu a norvalinu. Byl vytvořen přehled derivatizačních metod pro úpravu aminokyselin a následně vybrána metoda za použití specifických reakcí alkyl chloroformiátů, která byla optimalizována. Abstract:
In this thesis we study the determination of selected amino acids, concretely alanine, lysine, serine, methionine, leucine, aspartic acid, asparagine, glycine, phenylalanine and norvaline.
