Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá rozdíly v motivaci a stimulaci generací X, Y a Z k dosažení optimálního pracovního výkonu. Generace X, Y a Z představují různé skupiny zaměstnanců, které se liší svými hodnotami, preferencemi a přístupy k práci. Cílem této práce je identifikovat klíčové faktory motivace a stimulace, které ovlivňují pracovní výkon jednotlivých generací. V teoretické části jsou definovány základní pojmy jako „motivace“ a „stimulace“. Dále jsou v této části popsány generace a jejich rozdělení spolu s hlavními charakteristikami. V praktické části se nachází analýza výsledků dotazníkového šetření. Pomocí výsledků této analýzy je pak stanovena pravdivost stanovených hypotéz a vyvozen závěr.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis focuses on differences in motivation and stimulation among Generations X, Y, and Z, with the aim of achieving optimal work performance. Generations X, Y, and Z represent distinct groups of employees characterized by varying values, preferences, and work approaches. The objective of this thesis is to identify key factors of motivation and stimulation that influence the work performance of individuals from each generation. The theoretical section defines fundamental concepts such as "motivation" and "stimulation". Furthermore, this section describes the generations and their categorization, along with their main characteristics. The practical section encompasses an analysis of questionnaire survey results. Using the outcomes of this analysis, the accuracy of formulated hypotheses is assessed and conclusions are drawn.
