Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem spokojenosti zákazníka vybraného podniku. Podrobněji přibližuje tuto problematiku v teoretické rovině vysvětlením základních pojmů, na čemž dále staví praktická část v podobě analýzy celkové spokojenosti zákazníka a faktorů, které ji významně ovlivnily. This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of customer satisfaction of the selected company.
