Methods of testing hydraulic components

Abstract:

Diplomová práce Metody zkoušení hydraulických komponent popisuje hydrauliku, její důležitost v širokém rozsahu odvětví, a to včetně správného fungování, spolehlivosti, efektivity a bezpečného provozu strojních zařízení. Zabývá se základním popisem hydraulických obvodů, prvků a rozdělením hydrogenerátorů. Literární část obsahuje dále možnosti testování hydraulických systémů a jednotlivé parametry metod. Poté popisuje diagnostiku hydraulických systémů, která je nedílnou součástí údržby strojů. V neposlední řadě jsou popsány funkce, typy a složení filtrů a také základní rozdělení kapalin v hydraulických soustavách. Experimentální část se zabývá metodikou, materiálem a samotným měřením vybraného hydraulického komponentu a zjištěním jeho základních vlastností a parametrů. Těmito parametry jsou průtok, tlak, teplota, otáčky a jejich vzájemné závislosti mezi sebou. Následně jsou data vynesena do grafu a vyhodnocena včetně slovního komentáře.

Abstract:

The master thesis Methods of testing hydraulic components describes hydraulics, and its importance in a wide range of industries, including the correct functioning, reliability, efficiency, and safe operation of machinery. It describes the basics of hydraulic circuits, elements, and divisions of hydrogenerators. The literary part also contains possibilities for testing hydraulic systems and individual parameters of the methods. It then describes the diagnosis of hydraulic systems, which is an integral part of machine maintenance. Last but not least, the functions, types, and composition of filters are described, as well as the basic distribution of liquids in hydraulic systems. The experimental part deals with the methodology, material, and the actual measurement of the selected hydraulic component and the determination of its basic properties and parameters. These parameters are flow, pressure, temperature, revolutions, and their interdependencies. Subsequently, the data are plotted on a graph and evaluated, including a verbal comment.
