Cílem práce je analýza aktuální právní úpravy správního dozoru obsažené v zákoně č. 255/2012 Sb., kontrolním řádu, v platném znění, včetně relevantní judikatury správních soudů. Bude zpracován přehled speciálních právních úprav obsahujících odchylky od obecné právní úpravy kontrolního řádu včetně zhodnocení potřebnosti takových odchylek. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the current legal regulation of administrative supervision contained in Act No. 255/2012 Coll., the Control Code, as amended, including the relevant case law of administrative courts.
