Bakalářská práce se zabývá otázkou rekvalifikací uchazečů o zaměstnání v okrese Karviná. V teoretické části je objasněna problematika trhu práce, nezaměstnanost a politika zaměstnanosti. Velká pozornost je věnována pojmu rekvalifikace, její legislativě, formám, jejímu pozitivnímu vlivu a účinkům na zaměstnanost a také jednotlivým kurzům. Praktická část se zabývá průzkumným šetřením. The bachelor thesis deals with the question of retraining job seekers in the Karviná district. The theoretical part introduces the problem of the labor market, unemployment and employment policy. Considerable attention is paid to the concept of retraining, legislation, forms of the retraining, positive impacts and consequences of the employment rate and also of individual courses.
