The Design of Injection Mold for Automobile Dashboard Part
Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je konstrukce vstřikovací formy pro díl přístrojové desky automobilu. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část se zabývá teoretickým řešením vstřikovací formy a samotného vstřikovaní plastů do dutiny formy. V praktické části je zhotoven 3D model vstřikovací formy v programu CATIA V5R19. Pro konstrukci byly použity normalizované součásti od firmy Hasco.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is the design of injection molds for automobile dashboard part. The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part deals with the theoretical solution injection molds and plastic injection molding itself into the mold cavity. In the practical part is constructed 3D model of the injection mold CATIA V5R19. For construction of the standard parts used from Hasco.
