Abstract:
Procesní řízení v oblasti gastronomie, popis rozdílů v procesním řízení v gastronomické části sportovního eventu v období před vypuknutím pandemie nemoci COVID 19 (Světový pohár v alpském lyžování žen Jasná 2016) a během pandemie nemoci COVID 19 (Světový pohár v alpském lyžování žen Jasná 2021).
Abstract:
Process management in gastronomy, description of differences in process management in the gastronomic part of a sporting event in the period before the outbreak of the COVID 19 disease pandemic (Women's Alpine Skiing World Cup Jasná 2016) and during the COVID 19 disease pandemic (Women's Alpine Skiing World Cup Jasná 2021).
