Abstrakt Cílem této práce je především vyzdvihnout význam vodní dopravy a poukázat na nedostatky s ní spojené. Převážně se jedná o chyby v zákonech o infrastruktuře. Kvůli přespříliš složité a dlouhotrvající státní byrokracii nestíháme čerpat dotace z Evropské unie, které nám byly poskytnuty. Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to highlight the meaning of water transport and to point outs its downsides. Mainly, it concerns flaws in laws concerning infrastructure. Because of state bureaucracy, which is too complicated a prolonged, we do not manage to get subsidies from the European Union that we were offered.
