Business plan for the establishment of a café

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je sestavení podnikatelského plánu založení specializované kavárny v Praze. Práce se sestává ze dvou částí. V teoretické části jsou popisovány základní pojmy, struktura podnikatelského plánu a prostor je věnován také podnikatelským inkubátorům a akcelerátorům, organizacím podporujících vývoj a růst nově vznikajících společností. V praktické části je poté struktura podnikatelského plánu rozpracována na zvoleném příkladu – Psí kavárně. Výzkumnou otázkou bakalářské práce je ověření životaschopnosti zamýšleného podniku. U podniku je analyzováno vnější prostředí a rizika, zpracována je marketingová a obchodní strategie a komplexní finanční plán. Využity jsou také analytické nástroje jako SWOT analýza, PEST analýza a Porterův model pěti sil. V závěru je zhodnocena realizovatelnost podnikatelského záměru na základě zjištěných informací.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to create a business plan for the establishment of a specialized café in Prague. The thesis consists of two parts. The theoretical part focuses on the basic concepts, the structure of the business plan as well as business incubators and accelerators, organizations supporting the development and growth of emerging companies. In the practical part, the structure of the business plan is then elaborated on the chosen example - Dog Café. The research question of the bachelor thesis is to verify the viability of the intended business. Further there is a description of the external environment, risks, marketing and business strategies and a comprehensive financial plan. Also, there are used analytical tools such as SWOT analysis, PEST analysis and Porter's five forces. In conclusion, the feasibility of the business plan is assessed based on the discovered information.
