Absolventská práce dokumentuje výkon vedoucí sekce Porota, soubory, hosté v rámci 28. ročníku Mezinárodního festivalu divadelních škol SETKÁNÍ/ENCOUNTER. Dokumentace obsahuje popis samotného festivalu z hlediska projektu a zabývá se konkrétními věcmi z 28. ročníku. Nakonec rozebírá pracovní náplň vedoucí sekce a jejích členů. This documentation focuses on the work of the head of Jury, Participants and Guests team during the 28th edition of the International Festival of Theatre schools SETKÁNÍ/ENCOUNTER.
