Diplomová práce nejprve seznámí s pojmem ústavního principu z různých pohledů a jeho vlivem na jednoduché právo. Dále popisuje vývoj vybraných ústavních principů v novodobých českých resp. československých dějinách po roce 1918. Firstly, this thesis introduces the concept of constitutional principle from different perspectives and its impact on the simple law. It also describes the development of selected constitutional principles of the modern Czech or Czechoslovakian history after 1918.
