Obchodní plán: Cerera-dovoz a distribuce sušených meruněk.

Abstract:

Cílem této Bakalářské Práce je vytvořit podrobný Obchodní plán pro distribuci sušených meruněk na trhu české Republiky. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části: teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část popisuje metody, které byly využity k provedení analýzy trhu a vytvořit obchodní plán pro distribuci sušených meruněk na trhu české Republiky. V praktické části jsou zdokumentovány závěry těchto analýz. Byly použity následující analýzy – tržní a konkurenční analýzy k definování vstupní strategie a očekávaných bariér a vytvoření prognózy pro nadcházející roky. Analýza cílové skupiny byla použita ke stanovení cílového publika pro sušené meruňky a jejich očekávání od produktu. Finanční analýza byla použita k výpočtu částky pro inicializaci podnikání a jeho budoucích požadavků. Analýzy dospěly k závěru, že trh je stabilní a očekává se, že růst v příštích pěti letech, nicméně, cílené publikum pro tento trh je relativně malý. S vybraným obchodním modelem a partnerstvím je ale výhodné začít působit na českém trhu. Kromě toho jsou rizika minimální kvůli nízkým provozním a start-upovým nákladům podniku.

Abstract:

The goal of this Bachelor Thesis is to create a detailed Business plan for the distribution of dried apricots in the market of the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the methods that were utilized to perform analysis of the market and create a business plan for the distribution of dried apricots in the market of the Czech Republic. In the practical part, the conclusions of these analyses are documented. Following analyses were used – Market and competitional analyses to define entry strategy and expected barriers as well as creating a forecast for the upcoming years. Target group analysis was used to establish the targeted audience for the dried apricots and their expectations from the product. Financial analysis was used to calculate the amount to initialize the business and its future requirements. The analyses concluded that the market is stable and expected to grow in the next five years, nevertheless, the targeted audience for this market is relatively small. But with the chosen business model and partnership it is profitable to start operating on the Czech market. Furthermore, the risks are minimal due to the low running and start-up costs of the business.
