Diplomová práce je tvořena částí teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je zmíněna anatomie a fyziologie rohovky. V práci je popsáno ektatické onemocnění rohovky keratokonus, historie jeho diagnostiky a léčby, klinický obraz, diagnostika, klasifikace a léčba. Abstract:
The thesis is comprised of a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part anatomy and physiology of cornea is mentioned. Ectatic disease of cornea keratokonus, the history of its diagnosis and treatment, clinical picture, diagnosis, classification and treatment is described in the work.
