Abstract:

Tématem diplomové práce je profesní uplatnění osob se sluchovým postižením. Práce se skládá ze čtyř kapitol a obsahuje část teoretickou a praktickou. První kapitola teoretické části je věnována úvodu do problematiky sluchového postižení. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na vzdělávací systém osob se sluchovým postižením a třetí kapitola teoretické části je věnována oblasti zaměstnávání osob se sluchovým postižením. Čtvrtá a zároveň poslední kapitola zastupuje část praktickou. Zahrnuje samotný výzkum, metodiku práce a cíle, kterých má být touto prací dosaženo. Hlavním cílem výzkumného šetření je zmapovat současnou situaci profesního uplatnění osob se sluchovým postižením v České republice. Dílčími cíli je zjistit celkový stav zaměstnanosti těchto osob, na koho se osoby se sluchovým postižením obracejí při hledání zaměstnání, jaký druh povolání vykonávají vzhledem k dosaženému vzdělání, zda je rozdíl u mužů a žen se sluchovým postižením v nejvyšším dosaženém vzdělání a v délce doby hledání zaměstnání a jak jsou osoby se sluchovým postižením spokojeny ve svém zaměstnání, s vedením a se svými spolupracovníky. Charakter výzkumného šetření je smíšený. K dosažení stanovených cílů byla zvolena především metoda kvantitativní a doplněna je o část kvalitativní.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on an issue of employment of the hearing impaired (The thesis deals with the vocational integration of the people with hearing impairment). The thesis is divided into four sections and contains teoretical and practical part. The first chapter of the teoretical part is focused on the basic informations about hearing impairment. The second chapter is aimed at the education of people with hearing impairment and specific learning disabilities and the third chapter is focused on the issue of targeting hearing impaired people towards labour market. The fourth and the last chapter is focused on the research, methodology and goals, which should by achieved by this thesis. The main goal of the research is mapping of the current state of professional integration of the people with hearing disabilities in the Czech republic. The partial goals of the research are the analysis of the employment of the hearing impaired with a view to the professional consultancy, the questions of job selection within educational attainment, the analysis of differences between position of hearing impaired men and women (social and economical differences) at labour market within educational attainment and the question of job satisfaction with a view to the management and coworkers. The character of research project is the mixed. In the practical part of the thesis was used mainly the quantitative research research supplemented by qualitative research.
