Bakalářská práce pojednává o patologickém chování na pracovišti, zejména pak o mobbingu a bossingu. První kapitola vymezuje firemní kulturu a bezpečnou firemní kulturu. Druhá kapitola se již zabývá s jednotlivými pojmy patologických vztahů na pracovišti. Další kapitoly se zaměřují primárně na mobbing na pracovišti. The bachelor thesis deals with pathological behavior in the workplace, especially mobbing and bossing. The first chapter defines the corporate culture and safe corporate culture. The second chapter deals with individual concepts of pathological relationships in the workplace. The next chapters focus primarily on workplace mobbing.
