Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce analyzuje příčiny vládní krize v pátém volebním období samostatné Republiky Slovinsko. Práce v první části přináší pohled na společensko politické události, které vedly k rozpadu vlády, a popisuje možná východiska z této krize. Druhá část se zabývá právní úpravou politického systému, jejíž specifická ustanovení vznik krize umožnila.
Abstract:
Presented bachelor thesis analyzes the causes of the governmental crisis in the fifth election period of the independent Republic of Slovenia. First part of the work gives an overview of the socio-political events that led to the disintegration of the government, and describes possible ways out of the crisis.
