Cílem bakalářské práce je sledovat a vyhodnotit výskyt pohybových aktivit u osob seniorského věku s využitím pedometru a dotazníku IPAQ-long v průběhu jednoho týdne za příznivého klimatického počasí a jednoho týdne za nepříznivého klimatického počasí. The objective of this bachelor thesis is to monitor and evaluate the rate of physical activities in seniors using a pedometer and IPAQ-long questionnaire during a period of one week in good and bad weather conditions.
