Předmětem diplomové práce je rozbor některých problematických témat elektronické kontraktace a analýza standardizovaných elektronických modelů uzavíraní smluv . Hlavním záměrem je ovšem poskytnout rozbor internetových aukčních systémů, tématu v české právní literatuře téměř nedotčeného. The subject of this diploma thesis is to analyze some problematic issues of electronic contracting and standardized electronic contracting models. The main purpose is to give an analysis of online auction systems, the topic which is almost not intact in the Czech legal literature.
