Tato diplomová práce se zabývá trestem domácího vězení. Autor v práci nejprve vymezuje účel trestání obecně. Pozornost je dále soustředěna na restorativní justici a její vliv na formování alternativních sankcí. This diploma thesis deals with the home prison as a form of punishment. Firstly, the author generally outlines the goals of punishments. He focuses on the restorative justice and its influence of formation of the alternative forms of punishments.
