Táto bakalárska práca je vypracovaná na tému hypotekárne úvery. Má čitateľovi poskytnúť základné informácie o vývoji bankovníctva ako takého, ale zároveň aj informácie o vývoji hypotekárneho bankovníctva. Zaoberá sa zhrnutím informácií o rôznych druhoch úverových produktov, ako i formami zabezpečenia pohľadávok z úverov.
