Abstract:
Práce se zabývá otázkou řízení toku materiálu ve společnosti ŠKODA AUTO a.s. V první hlavní kapitole jsou uvedeny teoretické poznatky o materiálovém toku. Druhá hlavní kapitola je zaměřena na analýzu řízení toku materiálu ve společnosti ŠKODA AUTO a.s. V poslední hlavní kapitole jsou popsány návrhy na zlepšení řízení toku materiálu ve společnosti ŠKODA AUTO a.s.
Abstract:
The work focuses on the question of material flow management in ŠKODA AUTO a.s. There are mentioned theoretical knowledge about material flow in the first main chapter. The second main chapter is concerned with analysis of material flow management in company ŠKODA AUTO a.s.
