Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou stanovení metalothioneinů na žížalách Eisenia foetida. Teoretická část práce je věnována problematice biochemických parametrů používaných v ekotoxikologii jako biomarkery. Pozornost je zaměřena na metalothioneiny, jejich historii výzkumu, funkci, expresi a metodologii jejich izolace. Další část řeší výskyt metalothioneinů v organismech. Abstract:
This thesis deals with determination of metallothioneins in earthworms Eisenia foetida. The theoretical part is devoted to the issue of biochemical parameters used in ecotoxicology as biomarkers. Attention is focused to metallothioneins, their history research, function, expression and methodology of their isolation. The next part deals with the occurrence of metallothioneins in organisms.
