Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou procesního řízení organizace a koncepcí procesně řízené organizace. První částí diplomové práce je obeznámení s principy, pojmy a postupy při zavádění procesního řízení organizace. Tato část je prvotní pohled do metodiky, která bude užita v části praktické. Ve druhé a třetí části práce, se autor zaobírá procesním řízením, metodikou MMABP, tedy analýzou podnikových procesů a jejich modelováním. Přičemž tyto dvě části jsou čistě teoretické. V praktické části tedy čtvrté a páté, se nachází analýza projektu a jeho popis V páte části bude aplikováno procesní řízení na právě začínající projekt, kde jsou součástí modely, které znázorňují infrastrukturu dané organizace. Pátá část taktéž obsahuje konceptuální a procesní modelování organizace a zavedení procesního řízení se zaměřením na psychologické hledisko projektu procesní změny. Modely, které jsou zde navrženy, jsou vytvořeny za pomocí modelovacího programu Modelio, dle metodiky MMABP a za využití grafické notace BPMN. Následnou částí kvalifikační práce je diskuse, kde je práce diskutována v poslední části tedy v závěru je shrnutí celé práce, její výsledky a náhled k možným inovacím.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of process management of the organization and the concept of the processes of the managed organization. The first part of the diploma thesis is familiarization with the principles, concepts and procedures in the implementation of process management of the organization. This part is an initial look at the methodology that will be used in the practical part. In the second and third part of the work, the author deals with process management, the MMABP methodology, i.e. the analysis of business processes and their modeling. While these two parts are purely theoretical. In the practical part, the fourth and fifth, there is the analysis of the project. In the fifth part, process management will be applied to the project that is just starting, where they are part of the models that represent the infrastructure of the given organization. The fifth part also contains conceptual and process modeling of the organization and the introduction of process management with a focus on the psychological aspect of the process change project. The models that are designed here are created using the Modelio modeling program, according to the MMABP methodology and using the BPMN graphic notation. The subsequent part of the qualification work is a discussion, where the work is discussed in the last part, i.e. in the conclusion there is a summary of the entire work, its results and an overview of possible innovations.
