Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na vzdělávání nezaměstnaných formou rekvalifikace, která je jedním z nástrojů aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. This bachelor´s thesis is focused on education of unemployed people through retraining, which is one of the tools of active employment policy. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part describes the area of unemployment, Employment Office, retraining and education of adults.
