Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je najít nejúčinnější metodu extrakce pro extrakci léčiv ze vzorků půd a sedimentů. Byly vybrány tři extrakční metody: extrakce kapalinou, sonikace a metoda QuEChERS. Tyto metody byly využity pro extrakci léčiv z obohacených vzorků půd a sedimentů od- padní vodou. Léčiva byla stanovena a kvantifikována pomocí HPLC/MS. Abstract:
The aim of the diploma thesis is to find the most effective extraction method for the extraction of pharmaceuticals from soil and sediment samples. Three extraction methods were selected: liquid extraction, sonication and the QuEChERS method.
