The usage of devices in the respiratory physiotherapy

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím pomůcek v respirační fyzioterapii, je rozdělena na dvě části - praktickou a teoretickou. V teoretické části je popsána fyziologie dýchání, dále pak dýchací pohyby, kinetika plic a kineziologie hrudníku. Další kapitoly jsou věnované bližšímu popisu plicní rehabilitace a respirační fyzioterapie. Markantní část kapitoly respirační fyzioterapie je zaměřena na respirační pomůcky. Teoretická část je zakončena popisem vyšetřovacích metod. V praktické části jsou uvedeny cíle a hypotézy, na které navazují metody výzkumu. Stanovené hypotézy jsou ověřovány na dvanácti probandech a dále pomocí anketního šetření. Praktická část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na vliv respiračních pomůcek na vitální kapacitu plic a na četnost využití trenažérů v nemocničních zařízeních. U zkoumaných probandů bylo zjištěno, že pravidelným používáním respirační pomůcky se zvyšuje jejich vitální kapacita plic. Výsledkem anketního šetření je, že výdechové respirační pomůcky jsou v nemocnicích využívané častěji než nádechové a dále že v České republice si pacienti častěji pomůcku na terapii zapůjčí, v zahraničí ji dostanou pacienti od nemocnice obvykle zdarma.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the usage of devices in the respiratory physiotherapy, it is divided into two parts - practical and theoretical. The theoretical part describes the physiology of breathing, then breathing movements, kinesiology and kinetics thorax. Other chapters are devoted to detailed description of pulmonary rehabilitation and respiratory physiotherapy. The majority of the chapter about respiratory physiotherapy is focused on respiratory devices. The theoretical part is finished by describing investigative methods. The practical part sets out the objectives and hypotheses, which are based on investigative methods. Stated hypotheses are tested on twelve probands and by dint poll. The practical part is focused on the influence of respiratory of protection for vital lung capacity and the frequency of use of simulators in hospitals. After my research it was found that regular usage of the respiratory equipment increases vital lung capacity. The result of the inquiry is that expiratory respiratory aids are used in hospitals more often than aspiratory and that in the Czech Republic, patients often lend devices to therapy, patients abroad usually receive it from hospitals for free.
