Abstract:

Tato práce se zaměřuje na identifikaci problémů týkajících se interní komunikace ve vybraném výrobním podniku a navržení způsobů, jak je řešit. Teoretická část práce obsahuje literární rešerši týkající se interní komunikace, včetně jejích cílů, forem, kanálů a možných problémů. V analytické části práce je představena zkoumaná společnost, používané prostředky komunikace a výsledky kvalitativního výzkumu, který byl proveden pomocí 12 polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Na základě získaných dat jsou navržena doporučení na zlepšení efektivity komunikace v podniku.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on identifying issues related to internal communication in a selected manufacturing company and proposing solutions to address them. The theoretical part of the study includes a literature review on internal communication. In the analytical part of the thesis, the investigated company is introduced, along with the communication tools used and the results of a qualitative research study conducted through 12 semi-structured interviews. Based on the gathered data, recommendations for improving communication effectiveness in the company are proposed.
