The aim of this thesis is based on the theoretical background to analyze financial risks in terms of the chosen company and then suggest the best form of eliminating the identified risks. This thesis deals mainly with financial risks and opportunities for their elimination. Cieľom tejto diplomovej práce je na základe teoretických východísk analyzovať finančné riziká v podmienkach vybraného podniku a následne navrhnúť najlepšie formy eliminácie identifikovaných rizík. Diplomová práca sa zaoberá hlavne finančnými rizikami a možnosťami ich eliminácie. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na teoretické vymedzenie rizika a následne aj na podrobné vymedzenie finančných rizík.
