Bakalářská práce je věnována zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postiţením v Ústí nad Labem. Skládá se z teoretické a praktické části. První část teoretické práce je zaměřena na zdravotní postiţení a jeho vliv na zaměstnání. Další část se zaobírá významem práce pro osobu s postiţením. This bachelor thesis is devoted to the employment of persons with health disabilities in Ústí nad Labem. It consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. The first part of the theoretical work is focused on disability and its impact on employment. Another deals with the importance of work for people with disabilities.
